# Configure Holiday Routing

1. Log in to the Manager Portal

2. Navigate to **Users**

3. Uncheck **Hide System Users**

4. The extension of the system user is the 11-digit phone number

5. Go to the **Answering Rules** tab

6. Click on the answering rule with the black **Disabled **tag

7. Check **Enabled** 

8. Click **SAVE**
