# Factory Reset SIP Phones

# Yealink

1. Press and hold the **OK **button until the message **Reset to factory? **appears
2. Press **Yes**
3. Once it restarts, the phone will be factory reset. The default password will be admin.

# Yealink via YMCS

2. After selecting Phone device, it will list the devices that you currently have. Click the **Diagnosis Icon** under the **Operation Column**.![](https://static.helpjuice.com/helpjuice_production/uploads/upload/image/14706/direct/1717161050122-image.png)
3. Scroll to the button **Reset to Factory**
4. The Phone will reboot and will still pull the configs on your RPS
