SnapDial Appoints Industry Veteran Scott Sims as VP Operations

DALLAS, TEXAS – SnapDial today announced the appointment of Scott Sims as VP of Operations Worldwide. In his new role, Mr. Sims will be in charge of further developing SnapDial’s global infrastructure and support team.  He will be focusing to improved efficiencies, profitability, and support.

Mr. Sims joins SnapDial from VoiceWave, where he served as COO, focusing on Cisco based on-premise phone solutions.  A veteran sales professional, Sims brings to SnapDial ten years of senior sales experience within the business to business technology market.

A graduate of Oklahoma University in Norman, OK, Sims earned a Bachelors of Science in Entrepreneurship. In 2012, Sims won the prestigious Channel Chief award presented by CRN. He is currently an active CompTIA member.
